A man has been indicted in connection to the death of a 17 month old child in Findlay. The Findlay Courier reported that the 17 month old suffered a "closed head injury" in June of 2018 and died on July 4 at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus. A burglary was reported to Kenton police on Wednesday. According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, a resident at Forest Court Apartments reported that a large screen television and gaming equipment were stolen from her apartment. The value of the missing items was listed at $2100. A 16 year old Kenton girl was listed as the suspect, but she has not yet been charged.

The Hardin County Fair Sheep Department will be requiring registration before weigh-in and tagging of all market lambs exhibited at the Hardin County Fair. That is to maintain a uniform standard among the livestock species. A Kenton woman who was indicted this month in Allen County on drug charges was in Allen County Common Pleas Court on Tuesday. The Lima News reported that 31 year old Erika Parkins waived her right to a speedy trial. Alger Clean Up Day will be April 27th from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. There will be dumpsters located at the village garage behind the gas station. No hazardous waste or hazardous materials of any kind will be accepted. There will be volunteers there to assist with off-loading. Be prepared to show proof of residency, a water bill and drivers license will be sufficient.
