Body Found Floating in Pond in Allen County’s Perry Township

Two Injured in 3 Vehicle Crash in Union County

Recent Consignment Sale a Success

The Annual Consignment Sale which was held recently at the Hardin County Fairgrounds was a success.   There were 210 consignors with 855 items.     There were 909 registered buyers with 339 of those actually purchasing items.   All of those numbers were down slightly from last year.     Checks were written to consignors in the amount of nearly $299,000.     The JR Fair Board did well with their concession's and made a profit of over $2500, […]

Fundraiser to Help Wyandot CARES to Held Friday

A fundraiser for Wyandot CARES has been set for this Friday April 12.   The spaghetti dinner will be served from 4:30 to 7 at the Trinity Evangelical Church in Upper Sandusky.   The cost is $6 for adults and $3 for ages 6 and under.   Wyandot CARES is a released time Bible education program offering classes to students from elementary through high school in Wyandot County.

Woman Arrested on Warrant After Shoplifting at Walmart

A Forest woman was arrested on a warrant following a shoplifting incident at Walmart Tuesday morning.   According to the Kenton Police Department report, officers were dispatched to the store in reference to a theft in progress.   The suspect, identified as 37 year old Amanda Fraley, allegedly left the store without paying for a cart full of items.
