Hardin Northern Mental Health & Wellness Day for 7-12th Grade

Students in Grades 7-12 at Hardin Northern held their Mental Health & Wellness Day for the 2nd year.  Students were able to learn about therapy dogs, healthy relationships, stress management skills, yoga, self-defense, healthy eating habits, & growth mindset. They also created Kindness Stones.  Presenters from the community worked with students in small groups, challenging them to learn something new and try something different.

First of 3 Breakfast Programs Scheduled Thursday

The 2023 Conservation Tillage Club breakfast program series will continue Thursday morning at the Plaza Inn Restaurant in Mt. Victory.  Other sessions will be held on February 9 and 23. Each session will start at 7:30 am with a complimentary breakfast followed by the program at 8.  All events are open to the public and no advance registration is required.
