Weather Alert: Blowing Dust Reducing Visibility in Hardin, Mercer, and Auglaize Counties

According to the National Weather Service in Wilmington, OH, strong winds and dry conditions are creating areas of blowing dust across Hardin, Mercer, and Auglaize counties—including Kenton, Ada, Celina, Coldwater, Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, and Minster. Visibility may drop to one mile or less in some spots, so motorists are advised to slow down and leave extra distance between vehicles. As winds gradually ease later this afternoon and into the evening, the blowing dust is expected to diminish.

Hardin Northern Students to Present Disney’s High School Musical Jr. Next Weekend

Hardin Northern Local School District The stage is set for Hardin Northern's presentation of Disney’s High School Musical Jr. next weekend. The hardworking students invites the public to enjoy their high-energy performance. Showtimes are March 20 and 21 at 7:00 PM and a matinee performance March 22 at 2pm. Tickets for students in 12th grade and under are $5, adults $10 and a 3-Show Pass is $25. Tickets can be purchased at the door or in the high school office.
