A hit/skip accident involving an Amish buggy and a car occurred at around 5:20 Sunday evening on State Right 31 near County Road 190 south of Kenton. According to information from the Hardin County Sheriff's Office, a northbound tan colored Honda struck the buggy and then left the scene. There were some tan Honda parts found at the scene. Township Road 190/State Route 15 Intersection Permanently Closed in Hancock County

Photo: Ohio Department of Transportation The intersection of Township Road 190 at State Route 15 in Hancock County is permanently closed starting today. Barrels and barricades will be placed at the intersection to eliminate access to State Route 15. Work to remove the pavement, cut in the ditch, and install right-of-way fence will follow as weather permits. The work is a planned phase following the construction of the County Road 193 overpass.
