A celebration of life service for Dale Osborn will be held at 1:00 on Sunday, February 15th at the Mount Victory Community Center with pastor J. Mac Geissinger officiating. Dale chose to donate his body to Wright State University and a private burial will take place at a later date at Grove Cemetery in Kenton Ohio.
