ONU Volleyball Team Cancels Remainder of Season Due to COVID-19

ADA — The No. 18-ranked Ohio Northern volleyball team has canceled the remainder of its 2020-21 season due to COVID-19 protocol issues. ONU's will not compete at Mount Union on Friday and will not be able compete in next week's Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament. USV Fielding Pony League

For the 1st time in at least 10 years, Upper Scioto Valley will be fielding a Pony League team for the 2021 season.  This team will consist of current 7th and 8th graders.  Games will be played in McGuffey on the High School field.  The season will run from roughly the end of May and be done around July 4th.  Information will be sent home this coming week.

Youth Football Holding Open Fields

Open Fields for youth football grades 2-5 will be held on April 10th and 24th.  It  will run from 9-11 with a league information meeting on April 24th from 10:30-11:00 at the Field House.  Open fields will consist of drills taught by high school staff, youth staff along with high school players.  Drills will include: Route running, catching, handoff, QB Drills, along with a number of defensive drills.  Open Fields is free of charge.
