An Alger man was sentenced by Judge Steve Christopher on one count of involuntary manslaughter in Hardin County Common Pleas Court Wednesday.

According to Court documents, 28-year-old Logan Olivieri was sentenced to a minimum of five and half years to a maximum of seven and half years in prison.

He pleaded guilty to the charge in August, and one count of corrupting another with drugs and one count of trafficking in a Fentanyl-related compound from the April indictment were dropped.

The offenses led to the death of a man in November of 2023.

Olivieri was given credit for 163 days as time served.
