Body of Woman Found in a Pond on Her Property in Logan County
A missing 63-year-old Zanesfield woman was found dead in a pond on her property on Tuesday.
According to information from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to 7782 State Route 559 at just before 10 Tuesday night in reference to a missing woman.
When deputies arrived, they searched a pond on the property and found her in the pond.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
She was identified as Marianne R. Saxton, 63 of that address.
Deputies are continuing their investigation into the incident, and no further information is available at this time.
