
A Dunkirk man was killed in a motorcycle accident that occurred around 9 Thursday night in Cessna Township.
According to a release from the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office, Joseph Bayliff was traveling east on County Road 90 when the motorcycle left the north side of the road.
It traveled across a drainage ditch and entered onto State Route 309.
Bayliff was ejected from the motorcycle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
Units assisting on scene were McGuffey and Kenton Fire Departments, BKP Ambulance, Multi County Crash Team, Hardin County Coroner and Osborn’s Towing.
