Lima Police Seeking Help to Solve Cold Case Investigation

The Lima Police Department is asking for information to help solve a cold case investigation.

On August 23, 2003, officers were dispatched to an apartment at 558 West Market Street in Lima in reference to a shooting.  

Upon arrival, 53 year old William Powell was found in the kitchen.  

He was suffering from gunshot wounds to his lower legs and was transported to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.
