Ada’s Solar Eclipse Task Force Holds First Meeting
Ada’s Solar Eclipse Task Force met for the first time on Tuesday.
Hardin County EMA Director Jake Burgbacher presented an eclipse briefing to the nine members present.
In his remarks, Burgbacher included general information about the 2024 Eclipse and Hardin County plans.
He also mentioned that as of now, the status of funding is unknown.
During the organizational session of Monday’s meeting, the Finance/Policy, Infrastructure/Logistics, Public Safety and Public Relations committees were formed.
The next meeting will most likely be held in July.
