Breidenbach Trial Scheduled for Later this Year
The trial for a man charged in the shooting death of his brother last month in rural Forest has been scheduled for later this year.
68-year-old Dana Lee Breidenbach was charged with Involuntary Manslaughter and Using Weapons While Intoxicated in connection to the death of his 71 year old brother Wayne.
Court documents allege that Breidenbach was at his brother ‘s home while intoxicated and shot his brother which resulted in his death.
The three day jury trial is scheduled for October 31, November 1 and November 2 in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
