A Canal Winchester man was arrested in Hardin County Thursday on a warrant out of the Upper Sandusky Municipal Court.

A deputy from Wyandot County travelled to Forest and took custody of Ly, who was transported to the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office without incident and is being held until a court hearing.
