Ohio Governor Mike DeWine is visited the Honda Marysville Auto Plant today.
He attended a production launch event for the all-new 2023 Honda Accord and Accord hybrid models.
The Accord was the first car made at the Marysville Auto Plant 40 years ago when Honda production started for the first time in the U.S. and North America.
Honda and LG Energy Solution recently announced that it will create over 2,500 new jobs in Ohio between the establishment of their new joint venture electric vehicle battery plant in Fayette County and Honda’s retooling of its existing plants in Union, Logan, and Shelby counties for electric vehicle production.
