A 20 year old Findlay man was arrested Thursday night after an attempted robbery in that city.

According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, officers witnessed a male fleeing from Som Carry Out located at 825 North Main Street.

Upon investigation, it was determined the male had covered his face and threatened the employees that he would shoot them if they did not give him money.

One of the employees used pepper spray on the suspect and he fled without receiving any money.

The suspect identified, as Trevor Vealey, was later apprehended and taken to the Hancock County Justice Center on a charge of robbery.
