Updated: Forest Woman Facing 34-Count Indictment

Updated 1:10pm (11/13/25) to include copy of indictment:

A Forest woman was indicted recently on 17 counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles and 17 counts of pandering obscenity.

23-year-old Savanah L. McKinley was found indigent and was appointed Drew Workman as her attorney and pleaded not guilty to all charges at her recent arraignment.

The incidents allegedly occurred in early July of 2025.

A $5000 own recognizance bond was set.

McKinley’s trial has been scheduled for April 7, 2026 in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
