Four Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

Four people were sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to the documents from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

.Tobias L. Phillips was sentenced to 12 months in prison on one count of receiving stolen property.

The following three individuals were each placed on five years community control with conditions:

.Joni A. Frankel on one count each of operating a vehicle while under the influence and vehicular assault. 

She must serve 14 days local incarceration. 

.Bradley E. McQuown on one count of possession of fentanyl-related compound.

.Christin J. Mowery on two counts of possession of heroin.

All cases were heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
