KENTON, OH – During an immersive “Masquerade” themed Awards Gala event held on Thursday, April 16, the Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance officially “unmasked” a new brand identity, marking a historic transition for the organization. The rebranding reflects the Alliance’s evolution and its commitment to being a modern, bold beacon for the region’s future.

For years, the organization—known as “The Alliance”—has served as a vital pillar for Economic and Community Development, Chamber, and Tourism. While the mission has remained steadfast, leadership recognized that a visual evolution was necessary to represent the strength of its four divisions and the forward motion of Hardin County.

“We decided it was time to take off the old mask,” said Deb Phillips, Director of Chamber and Tourism. “We wanted a brand that represents our commitment to collaboration, leadership, and—most importantly—engagement. This new design isn’t a mystery; it’s a beacon that belongs to every member of this community.”

The new logo and visual identity were designed to bridge the gap between the organization’s rich history and its future-focused goals. The transition emphasizes a unified front, ensuring that all four branches of the Alliance move in lockstep to support local business and community vitality.

The reveal took place during a high-energy program that included a vault-unlocking ceremony and the presentation of annual awards. As the new look appeared on screens and tabletops throughout the venue, it signaled a “new era” for the county, rooted in the values of bold leadership and modern innovation.

“We aren’t leaving our history behind—we are evolving,” Phillips added. “This is a historic night for The Alliance, and this brand is a symbol of the momentum we will continue to build together.”
