Hardin County Central Dispatch at the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office introduced the newest telecommunicator to the team last week.
Dispatcher Kaylin Hildreth soared through the training program created by Certified Training Officers, Dispatcher Rhinehart and Dispatcher Miller.
The training program involves intense call handling scenarios, a myriad of computer and technical skills, Emergency Medical Dispatching training as well as several hands-on emergency and non-emergency calls.
Dispatcher Hildreth’s outstanding work ethic, dedication to learning and compassion for the community and the people she helps will make her an invaluable asset to the office.
