Hardin Northern Mental Health & Wellness Day for 7-12th Grade
Students in Grades 7-12 at Hardin Northern held their Mental Health & Wellness Day for the 2nd year.
Students were able to learn about therapy dogs, healthy relationships, stress management skills, yoga, self-defense, healthy eating habits, & growth mindset.
They also created Kindness Stones.
Presenters from the community worked with students in small groups, challenging them to learn something new and try something different.
