HCSO Holds Appreciation and Awards Banquet

The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office held its Appreciation and Awards Banquet recently. 

The annual event is an opportunity to express appreciation to the entire staff as well as recognize and award exceptional service.  

Sheriff Keith Everhart, Deputy Mason Treen and Chief Deputy Dennis Burns

Deputy Mason Treen was recognized as the DEPUTY OF THE YEAR.

Hardin County Central Dispatch was presented an Office Commendation for their efficient and valuable service. 

Sheriff Everhart, Chief Deputy Burns and Sgt. Mulligan

Sgt. Chuck Mulligan was recognized for completion of 25 years of service.

Dispatcher Vicki Wood received Telecommunicator of the Year honors.

Sheriff Everhart, BCI Sr. Special Agent David Hammond, Judge Scott Barrett and Chief Deputy Burns

Special appreciation was extended to BCI Senior Special Agent David Hammond for assisting in the investigation of numerous major crimes. 

Retiring Judge Scott Barrett of the Hardin County Common Pleas Court was extended special recognition and appreciation for his service.

A Certificate of Appreciation was presented to Mike Shuster, Coordinator of the Volunteers in Police Service, for his work leading the group of volunteers.

The event was attended by members of the Sheriff’s staff, their families and invited guests.
