Health Partners of Western Ohio’s Outreach Team will be at Hardin Northern and offer vision and dental services.
The dentist will be at the school on November 17th, 27th, & 28th.
The eye doctor will be there on January 29th and 30th.
Consent forms need to be returned by November 14th.
