HN Holds 3rd Annual Mental Health & Wellness Day
On Friday, Hardin Northern Junior High and Senior High students and staff took part in the 3rd Annual Mental Health & Wellness Day.
Students completed various activities throughout the day with multiple presenters from our community.
Topics included Mindfulness with Jami Dellifield (OSU Extension Office), Stress & Time Management with Amanda Raines (OSU Extension Office), Finding Your Passion with Courtnee Morris (Hardin Northern Graduate), communication & team building with Mrs. Ruhlen (Hardin Northern), yoga with Mr. Rich (Hardin Northern), and they had some relaxation time creating artistic/creative pieces.
Students even had the opportunity for an impromptu dodgeball tournament.
It was a great day for all involved!
