Kenton Lions Completes Task of Placing Veterans’ Banners Around Kenton

Kenton Lions members completed four work sessions over two days to put up 390 veteran banners around the city.

The Lions thanked veterans for their service.

Hardin County Agricultural Society, 1879 Electric , and Grindell Masonry were also thanked for the use of their bucket trucks.

Lions participating in this project were Dave Amweg, Jason Van Buskirk, Dave Dulin, Joe Burbacher ,Bill Keller, Jack Elsasser, Daryl Flowers, Brad Bailey and project coordinator Roger Crowe.

The task was finished Thursday evening after a 10-hour day.
