Kenton Man Arrested Early Sunday Morning
A Kenton man was arrested after a sex offense was reported to police early Sunday morning.
According to the report, officers were dispatched to a house in the 100 block of North Leighton Street to investigate the incident.
After an investigation, 39 year old Andrew Manns was arrested.
He is being held on charges of felonious assault and domestic violence.
