Kenton Man Arrested on Aggravated Menacing Charge

A rural Kenton man was arrested after an incident in the 15,000 block of Township Road 180 Monday morning.

The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the location at just after 10 yesterday morning after a call was received about threats and harassment at the location.

Sheriff Keith Everhart stated that 63 year old Gene Rainsburg was arrested at the scene.

He was transported to the Multi County Jail in Marion on a charge of Aggravated menacing, which is a first degree misdemeanor.

A hearing has been set for January 29 in Hardin County Municipal Court.

There were no injuries as a result of the incident.
