…UPDATE…According to Court documents filed today (November 6), the Community Corrections Office notified the Court that Breeden failed to report. An arrest warrant was issued, and Breeden is being held in the Multi County Correctional Center after her bond was revoked.
A Kenton woman was arraigned this week on a multi-count indictment that includes charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and aggravated vehicular assault.
28-year-old Hallie Breeden pleaded not guilty to all charges, which also include operating a vehicle under the influence, possession of fentanyl-related compound, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of drugs.
She was charged with possession of drugs after being arrested in September when a search warrant was served at a residence in the 16,000 block of Township Road 140.
The other charges stem from an accident in April of this year when she was the driver of a vehicle involved in a crash that claimed the life of Dennis Covault and injured Louise Covault.
In Court this week, Breeden pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Judge Steve Christopher set a $100,000 own recognizance bond.
A two-day trial is scheduled to start February 25, 2026.
