Kenton Elementary School held a D Pod Olympics day this week.

Students traveled to each classroom to compete in games.

Also, they held their holiday breakfast.

It was a success thanks to all of you that donated items and their time.

Santa and the Grinch showed up during the week as well.

The last two days before Christmas break were filled with fun, and food for the students and staff.

Speaking of Kenton Elementary, Santa has a back up plan in case something happens to his sleigh of reindeer on his Christmas eve journey.

The back up plan is all thanks to Monday and Tuesday STEM classes.

After learning about air resistance, gravity, and drag, students were challenged to design and build a parachute for Santa using materials of their choice.

After testing, some improved on their design and retested.
