KHHD Encouraging Residents to Complete the Quality of Life Survey
The Kenton-Hardin Health Department continues to encourage Hardin County residents to complete a Quality of Life Survey through Survey Monkey.
The results of the survey will be presented at a future Community Health Improvement Plan meeting likely in January.
The survey takes an average of five minutes to complete.
