Man Accused of Having Sexual Conduct with a Minor

A Marion man has been indicted on numerous sex offenses.
According to Hardin County Common Pleas Court documents, 34 year old Christopher M. E. Ledesma was indicted last week on two counts of rape, 2 counts of gross sexual imposition, sexual battery and domestic violence.
The court documents allege that Ledesma engaged in sexual conduct with a minor who was less than 13 years of age at the time.
The charges date back to 2015 in Hardin County.
Lesdesma pleaded not guilty to the charges in court this week.
Bond was set at $150,000 cash or surety with numerous terms, including that he wear an ankle monitor.
A three day jury trial has been scheduled to start on June 26.
