Man Arrested After Crash in Kenton Wednesday Afternoon

A McGuffey man was arrested after a crash in Kenton Wednesday afternoon.

According to information on the Daily Log Sheet of the Kenton Police Department, the crash occurred on East Columbus Street at Grape Street at around 3:45pm.

As a result, 29 year old Cesar Garcia was arrested.

He’s been charged with failing to comply with the order of a police officer, leaving the scene of an accident and an assured clear distance ahead violation.

No other information has been released at this time.
