Man Changes Plea on Sex Offense Charges
A man who was indicted on numerous sex offenses earlier this year changed his plea to guilty on one count recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
According to Hardin County Common Pleas Court documents, 34 year old Christopher M. E. Ledesma changed his plea to guilty on an ammended count of attempted gross sexual imposition.
He was originally indicted on two counts of rape, 2 counts of gross sexual imposition, sexual battery and domestic violence.
The charges date back to 2015 in Hardin County.
He could be sentenced to up to 60 months in prison and classified as a Tier I Sex Offender when he is sentenced on January 23, 2024.
