A Mt. Victory man pleaded not guilty to all charges in a multi-count indictment in Hardin County Common Pleas Court Monday.
46-year-old Andrew McCafferty entered the pleas on charges of aggravated murder, murder, involuntary manslaughter, felonious assault and two counts of tampering with evidence.
They are in connection to a stabbing that claimed the life of 48-year-old James Collins, of Mount Victory, back on October 1.
Judge Steve Christopher set bond at one million dollars cash, surety or ten percent.
A five day jury trial is scheduled to begin February 2, 2026.
