
A Mt. Victory man has been indicted on multiple charges in connection to a stabbing that claimed the life of another man in Mt. Victory back on October 1.
According to court documents filed today (Wednesday), 46-year-old Andrew McCafferty was indicted on charges of aggravated murder, murder, involuntary manslaughter, felonious assault and two counts of tampering with evidence.
McCafferty is accused of stabbing 48-year-old James Collins, of Mount Victory, who was found in the street and was transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital where he died from his injuries.
McCafferty is being held in the Multi County Jail in Marion.
He will be arraigned November 3 in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
