OhioHealth announced that they will be holding COVID-19 vaccine clinics at Hardin Memorial Hospital in the McCullough Conference Room.
The clinics will be held on various days through the week and are in addition to the clinics already being held at OhioHealth Physician Group Primary Care – Kenton (Dr. Neuhauser and Dr. Crum’s office).
Clinics this week will take place on March 11 and 12.
Persons receiving their vaccine at the Hardin Memorial Hospital location will be directed to enter through the northeast door by the patio dining area.
Eligible Ohioans, per the Governor’s guidelines, can schedule an appointment at either location by calling the OhioHealth COVID-19 Vaccine Hotline weekdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at (614) 533-6999 or through OhioHealth MyChart if they have been notified.
An appointment must be scheduled to receive the vaccine.
