One Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

One person was sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to the document from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office:

.John G. Gayheart II was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count each of attempted failure to comply with an order or signal of a peace officer, criminal damaging and operation in disregard for safety of persons or property.

He must serve 21 days local incarceration beginning on November 9.

The case was heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
