One Sentenced Recently in Common Pleas Court

One person was sentenced recently in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

 

According to the document from Prosecutor Brad Bailey’s Office.

 

.Thomas E. Marquis was sentenced to 26 months in prison, of which 60 days are mandatory, on one count of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them.

 

He was given credit for 50 days time served.

 

The case was heard by Judge Scott Barrett.
