Three people were arrested in Auglaize County Thursday in connection to the death of a Virginia man.
According to a release from Auglaize County Sheriff Michael Vorhees, 36 year old Timothy S. Havanec was in Auglaize County on family business when he was reported missing to the Wapakoneta Police Department on Tuesday April 26.
An investigation into his whereabouts led detectives to locate his body in a rural area of Auglaize County.
In connection to his death, three people were arrested on Thursday.
They are identified as:
35 year old Amanda L. Hovanec, of Wapakoneta
61 year old Anita M. Green, also of Wapakoneta and
33 year old Anthony A. Theodoru, of South Africa.
All three were charged with aggravated murder.
They are being held in the Auglaize County Correctional Center on two million dollar bonds.
Assisting with the investigation are:
Wapakoneta Police Department, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Auglaize County Prosecutor’s Office, Auglaize County Coroner’s Office, Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, Auglaize County Dog Warden and the Grand Lake Task Force.
