Two Sentenced this Week in Common Pleas Court

Two people were sentenced this week in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

According to court documents:

.Malik Jett was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of endangering children.

He was given credit as time served for the 209 days local incarceration that was ordered as part of the sentence.

.Vincent L. Olivieri was placed on five years community control with conditions on one count of attempted felonious assault.

He was ordered to serve 180 days local incarceration.

Both cases were heard by Judge Steve Christopher.
