A WIND CHILL WARNING also REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM FRIDAY TO 4 Saturday morning.
You can expect A combination of 2-4 inches of snow, blowing snow, and wind gusting as high as 50 mph.
That will produce dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero.
The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches and result in power outages.
If you have to travel, do so with extreme care.
