Woman Changes Plea on Child Endangering Charges

A woman pleaded no contest and was found guilty on one count of endangering children in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

Alysa Manns was indicted on three counts of endangering children in November of 2022.

She was arrested in February of this year.

Her child was removed from her home in November of 2022 after abuse allegations were raised.

Manns will be sentenced on October 26 after the completion of a presentence investigation.

The child’s father, 21 year old Malik Jett entered a guilty plea on one count of endangering children last month as well.

He was indicted on three counts of endangering children and one count of domestic violence.

Jett will be sentenced on October 10.
