KHS Female Student-Athletes Offered Weightlifting Opportunity
A new weightlifting opportunity is being offered to female student-athletes at Kenton High School.
Coach Sara Hoyt will be opening the weight-room on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11am until noon starting Monday, June 6th.
She will be working specifically with female student-athletes.
The workouts each day will focus on a different muscle group, with core and agility work being done each day.
