Governor Signs Executive Order to Launch Adoption Grant Program

(COLUMBUS, Ohio)—Ohio Governor Mike DeWine today signed Executive Order 2023-09D to launch the Ohio Adoption Grant Program, which provides up to $20,000 to parents adopting a child. Law Enforcement Training Drill Conducted Saturday Morning

Law Enforcement Officers Begin Part of Their Training Locating the "Active Shooter" The Hardin County Sheriff's Office conducted a training exercise this past Saturday morning. Approximately a total of 15 officers from both the Sheriff's Department and Kenton Police Department attended the drill at Upper Scioto Valley Local Schools. Board of Elections Meeting Date Changed

The Hardin County Board of Elections will meet Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the Board Office in the basement of the Hardin County Courthouse for their regular board meeting and to conduct public logic and accuracy testing on the voting equipment. This is a change from the regular meeting date of April 13, 2023.
