Coffee with the Sheriff Scheduled April 17 in Ada

Hardin County Sheriff's Office The next Hardin County Coffee with the Sheriff event will be held on Friday, April 17. It will run from 9:00 until 10:30 that morning at Buckeye East Coffee Shop in Ada. Sheriff Keith Everhart and members of the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office will be in attendance. It is a chance to ask questions, express concerns or to offer a compliment. The coffee is compliments of the Sheriff.

The Hardin County Board of Elections will meet this Thursday, April 9. The meeting will start at 9:00 a.m. in the Board Office, located in the basement of the Hardin County Courthouse in Kenton. This is their regular board meeting, and they will conduct public logic and accuracy testing on the voting equipment.

Indian Lake State Park to Host Nature Trail Walk on April 11

Indian Lake State Park A Nature Trail Walk will be held April 11 at Indian Lake. The walk is part of the Indian Lake State Park Naturalist Program. All are welcome to take part in the walk along the 1.4-mile nature trail. Participants will meet at the visitor's parking lot of the campground. The program is weather-dependent. Hardin Northern Local School District Hardin Northern's Talent Show will take place on April 17. It will start at 7pm, and a $3 donation will be accepted at the door. There will be a huge raffle and concessions will also be available. All of the proceeds will help fund the 5th and 6th grade field trip to the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village.
