David Charles Hart 84of Kenton David C. Hart, known by family and friends as Dave, age 84 of Kenton Ohio, passed away on June 20, 2026. He was born December 9, 1941, to Don and Helen (Lay) Hart who preceded him in death. On June 6, 1964, he married the love of his life, Saundra Morrison. Congressman Latta Praises FDA Approval of First New Sunscreen Ingredient in 20 Years
