According to information on the City of Kenton Government Facebook page, crews are currently on scene and making repairs, while the system is under pressure. This may cause low water pressure for nearby residents. Motorists are encouraged to slow down and use extra caution when passing through the work zone.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol, alongside local and state safety partners, will be conducting a focused operation on Interstate 270 in Franklin County to stop reckless driving and reduce fatal crashes from Sunday, July 19 through Saturday, July 25. Kenton Historic Courthouse District Eats on the Street Food Truck Fest is all set to take place tomorrow evening in Kenton. It will take place from 5:00-10:00 pm, and the event will offer you a chance to enjoy fun, food, and entertainment. To ensure a safe event setup, sections of Columbus and Wayne Streets will close beginning at 11:30 Saturday morning. Main and Franklin Streets will remain fully open throughout the entire evening.
