A Marion Police Officer's alertness may have prevented a very bad situation at an establishment in Marion this week. The Ada Area Chamber of Commerce issued an advisory concerning a scam. Someone is claiming to be affiliated with the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce in regards to Merry on Main.   Officials stated that no one associated with the Chamber will ever ask you to Venmo, or PayPal them personally.  All financial transactions with the Ada Area Chamber are addressed to its business accounts.

United Way of Hardin Student Leaders met yesterday at Hardin Northern High School.  The group combines Hardin Leadership and the United Way of Hardin County to bring together sophomores from all six county high schools.
