ODOT is cutting the budget for operating expenses and transportation for the Hardin County Council on Aging. A 22 year old Kenton man was arrested after Kenton police were called to a domestic disturbance on Tuesday. According to the report, officers were dispatched to an apartment at 655 East Street to investigate the incident. A door was kicked in, and a woman at the residence suffered apartment minor injuries as a result of the incident. Vinson Hastings was arrested and charged with domestic violence.
