The Marion Police Department will hold the final Cops, Kids, Cookies and Cocoa event of the season Wednesday evening. It will take place at the Women's Club Home at 1126 East Center Street from 5:30 until 7:30. Games and other activities will be set up to go along with the cookies and cocoa.
Kenton High School Girls Varsity Basketball falls to Shawnee Local Schools 56-32. The Cats were led by Hannah Holland with 12 points while Jenna Manns added 8 points. Shawnee was led by Tessa Jordan with 18 points while Trinity Gearing had 11 points.
Hardin County law enforcement officials are seeking assistance in locating a person of interest in an aggravated vehicular assault investigation. Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Thomas F. Snyder Jr. should call the Hardin County Sheriff's Office TIP LINE @ (419) 675-8475. A Logan County domestic disturbance incident over the weekend landed a West Mansfield man in jail. WPKO Radio reported that 40 year old Erik Engstrom is alleged to have thrown a bag of cat litter that struck a minor.
